Account deletion

Permanently delete your TANQLES account.

In the TANQLES app, open Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm. The signed-in account and its TANQLES journal, layouts, settings, sync records, and intelligent-analysis records are deleted.

Without app access

Email [email protected] from the address used for the account and request deletion. We may verify account ownership before acting.

What is deleted

Authentication sessions, personal workspaces, journal entries, layouts, preferences, synced operations, uploaded personal assets, feedback, and derived analysis records associated with the account.

What may remain

Minimal records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or financial reporting. Shared organization files are retained under another organization member rather than erased.

Before deleting

Export any data you want to keep. Deletion cannot be undone and signing in again will not restore the deleted journal.
