For account, sync, export, accessibility, or test-build problems, contact support with the app version, device model, operating-system version, and the time the problem occurred.

Account deletion

Delete your account from Settings in the app, or follow the web deletion instructions.

Data export

Open Journal and use CSV for portable data or PDF for a readable report. Exports are generated on your device.

Test feedback

State what you expected, what happened, and whether the issue repeats. Screenshots are useful when they do not expose private journal content.
